    To enroll you must be eligible through your employer or health plan.  RMT will help you or your physicians office determine eligibility.

  • Is this really no charge for me?

    Yes! As long as you are elgible through your employer or healthplan, it is available at no cost to you.  

  • What do I get?

    When you enroll, you'll get a connected device to take your daily readings.  These daily readings will be visible by your doctor for them to care for you outside the office.

  • Why would I do this?

    Patients love the accountability that comes with remote patient monitoring.  Your physician is responsible for checking in with you consistently as to your health and a review of readings. It's like the convenience of a doctors visits, multiple times a month without leaving your home!
